PARC Retirement Living is a privately owned company which has designed, built, and operated rental independent living retirement residences in Metro Vancouver for over 20 years.
We currently have five residences in Burnaby, White Rock, and the North Shore and have been looking for the right site in Coquitlam for over 11 years.
PARC Residents live in modern apartments with kitchens, and have access to three meals a day, transportation, light housekeeping, recreation, and wellness activities as well as 24 hour staff coverage.

PARC contributes to the well-being of each Residence’s local community and becomes an integral part of the neighbourhood.

We do this by supporting programs that directly involve and interest our residents, as well as attract independent seniors to local neighbourhoods.
We also partner with non-profit organizations that support a broad cross-section of services to help strengthen the community.
Each year, we contribute more than $400K to local organizations that make a difference in the lives of seniors.
